Please Note: If you do not hear back from me within a few hours, then check your spam folders. I always reply as quick as possible. Checking your spam folders is NOT limited to your PC or phone.  In many cases it will be on the WebMail system from your Internet provider or another system like gmail.com.  If you have not received a reply, then I never received your email!  Make sure your email is NOT full. I frequently receive bounces for this.  The same goes for Licenses.  Open a browser and log in to your providers email system using your email address and password.  For example, gmail.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com.

The first thing you should do before contacting support is to read the first few pages in the manual.  It contains valuable information on how to set up your radio, and how to connect to it with Win4IcomSuite.  In almost all cases where you cannot connect to the radio, something was missed.

Is the software closing and asking you to send a log? In 99% of the cases, this is RFI.  Did you add the FT240-31 ferrite? Beads do not work below 100MHz.  Buy one at amazon or ebay. You MUST MUST MUST have this ferrite. Page 9 of the manual.

Are the problems with the Spectrum for the SDRPlay?  Problems with configuring third party software? Did you watch the tutorials? Video Tutorials

One thing you should not do unless you have had trouble installing the software is to uninstall and reinstall.  This will accomplish nothing.
