WIn4AddOnPac (Coming soon)
The Win4AddOnPac provides additional functionality to Win4Icom, Win4Yaesu and Win4K4/K3. It includes a SQLite database that interfaces to all of these products with the following features:
- High performance database using SQLite and FT5 free text searching
- ADIF /Import / Export, LoTW upload and download, eQSL upload and download
- Clublog uploads
- Awards tracking for DXCC WAS VUCC WPX by mode and band
- Accessibility for the visually impaired
- Usable with any software that uses the WSJT remote logging protocol.
Audio Recorder
Included is an Audio recorder that allows custom messages to be generated or recorded from the radio and then played back to the radio or headsets. Programmable buttons can be saved as sets of buttons for different purposes.
Propagation Monitor
Included is a Solar Propagation monitor with the following features:
- Real-time NOAA solar data (Solar Flux, K-index, Sunspot Number)
- Live PSK Reporter spot analysis showing actual band openings
- Geographic propagation visualization (see where signals are being heard)
- Distance-based filtering from your QTH (configurable radius)
- Band-by-band condition indicators (160m through 6m)
- Auto-refresh
In the future more applications may be added.
Why do I have the AddOnPac? Not everyone needs these advanced tools since the Win4
software allows interfacing to many third party databases or utilities. In addition,
costs have been mounting and Win4 software has not charged maintenance fees and the
price has not increased in at least 6 years. The Win4AddOnPac helps offset these
cost increases so that the Win4 Products can continue to provide value without
raising prices on the core software.
